Signing Up

We have an Expression of Interest Form which is a leaflet giving details of the scheme.  Carers will need to sign up.  Carers can also make initial contact with us either phoning our office on 0845 468 1338 or via email info@cers.org.uk or by calling into the Carers Centre to speak to one of our Team.

Carers can sign up to the scheme by either:

• Completing their details on the CERS Expression Leaflet and returning it to the Carers Centre via Freepost.
• Contacting the Carers Centre directley to give their details to our team.
• Be referred to the team by a professional.

The CERS leaflet will be available from the Carers Centre and across the City through our Outreach Team at Carers support group meetings, one of the organised 'signing up' events or from many other sources and outlets
