Signing Up

Carers can sign up to the scheme by either:

Completing their details on the CERS leaflet and returning it to the Carers Centre via Freepost.
Contacting the Carers Centre directley to give their details to our team.
Be referred to the team by a professional.

The CERS leaflet will be available from the Carers Centre and across the City through our Outreach Team at Carers support group meetings, one of the organised 'signing up' events or from many other sources and outlets.
