Mission Statement

"We will provide a service to carers to give them ‘Peace of Mind’. The service will enable carers to go about their daily lives in the knowledge that should an emergency arise their Emergency Plan will be put into action and the person they care for will be looked after. We will identify ‘Hidden carers’ and increase the profile of carers in the community. We will signpost carers to other services and organisations."
